For men’s 574 Core ML574EVB, New Balance says the model runs small and suggests considering a larger size, without specifying a universal half-size adjustment. The page lists D, 2E and 4E width options and a suede/mesh upper. Check the exact width before increasing length. The table below is the brand’s label chart; it is not a physical measurement of the 574 interior.
