Running shoe size guides

Compare the exact running-shoe generation and width. A manufacturer label chart does not establish a model-to-model fit adjustment.

Brooks Ghost 18
The US men's Ghost 18 page lists Narrow (1B), Medium (1D), Wide (2E) and Extra Wide (4E). These are published width options; colour and size availability must be checked on the product page. The Brooks men's chart supplies size-label references, not measured foot length. No model-wide size correction or wearer consensus has been established here. This review covers Ghost 18 family 110493, not Ghost Max or earlier Ghost versions.
