Add a Free Shoe Size Converter to Your Website

Drop a self-contained shoe size converter onto any site in one line. It shows published US, EU, UK and CM/JP labels for reviewed brand charts and an explicitly labelled technical reference without a brand. It works without API keys or runtime calls to ShoeSizeguide after the script loads. The widget script does not track users; the partner request form on this page is separate.

Live preview

This is the real widget, running right here. Pick a size to see it convert.

Copy the code

Best option: the widget renders inline and inherits your page width.

<script src="https://shoesizeguide.com/widget/size-guide-widget.js"></script>
<size-guide-widget brand="nike" locale="en" theme="light"></size-guide-widget>

Attributes: brand (nike, adidas, new-balance, asics, brooks), locale (en, en-gb), theme (light, dark). All are optional — leave brand off for a plain converter.

Implementation notes for partners

  • Compatibility channel: Use /widget/size-guide-widget.js as the current v1-compatible script. Supported attributes (brand, locale, theme) will not be removed without a new URL.
  • Strict CSP: For the Web Component, allow script-src https://shoesizeguide.com. For the iframe fallback, allow frame-src https://shoesizeguide.com.
  • Fallback embed: If a CMS blocks custom scripts, use the iframe snippet. It isolates CSS, keeps the converter lazy-loaded, and avoids host-page JavaScript conflicts.
  • License and attribution: Our widget and original editorial material are CC BY 4.0 with attribution to ShoeSizeguide.com. The link uses nofollow; ranking credit is not required. Manufacturer source material retains its original rights.
  • JSON refresh: Cache JSON API responses for up to 24 hours. Schema v2 provides per-chart verified_date and a separate editorial_review_date; missing values remain null.

Brand JSON endpoint

If you need source-backed size data without rendering the widget, use the static JSON endpoint. It is generated from the same Content Collections as the brand pages and widget.

GET https://shoesizeguide.com/api/sizes/nike.json
GET https://shoesizeguide.com/api/sizes/index.json
  • Schema v2: schema_version: 2, status, charts, chart scope, market, source URL, source locator, checked date and exact published rows. Missing foot lengths remain null. Legacy fit offsets and confidence fields are null; consumers must not coerce them to zero. Third-party source material retains its source rights.
  • Discovery: index.json lists eligible brand slugs, record counts, per-brand freshness and endpoint URLs.
  • Headers: public 24-hour cache, CORS *, and X-Robots-Tag: noindex.
  • License: our original editorial material is CC BY 4.0 with attribution. Manufacturer material retains its source rights.

Install in your CMS

WordPress

WordPress: add a Custom HTML block on your sizing guide page. Paste the snippet and preview it. The JavaScript panel requires unfiltered_html permission. If your host removes scripts or iframes, ask the administrator for a supported integration. WordPress documentation

WooCommerce

WooCommerce: use the product description’s HTML / Text view or an allowed HTML block in the product template. Choose the product’s brand and men/women scope; a general chart does not establish the fit of that particular shoe. WooCommerce documentation

Shopify

Shopify: test the snippet in a copy of your theme. Use a Custom Liquid block if your theme provides one, or add the downloadable Liquid section. Preview desktop and mobile before publishing. Shopify documentation

Check size changes, readable scope and source links, and access to the shop’s controls. The local example is available for verification; it is not proof of a real installation in these CMS platforms.

Attribution to original material is required; ranking credit is not. The included link uses rel="nofollow". Paid placements may also use sponsored. Manufacturer material retains its source rights.

<size-guide-widget brand="nike" gender="women" locale="en" theme="light"></size-guide-widget>

Use gender="women" only with a published women's or unisex chart. Missing chart scopes show unavailable. For iframes add &gender=women to the embed URL. Source documentation checked 2026-09-30.

Add it in 3 steps

  1. Copy the Web Component or iframe snippet above.
  2. Paste it into your page's HTML where you want the converter to appear.
  3. Customize the brand, locale and theme attributes — that's it, no build step.

Questions

Can I remove the attribution?

Attribution to our original material is required. A qualified link is allowed; ranking credit is not required. The "Powered by ShoeSizeguide.com" link stays so visitors know where the conversions come from and can check the full, sourced size guide.

Does it slow down my site?

The Web Component loads one script without external dependencies or subsequent data requests. Loading time depends on the connection and host page. Reserve space for the widget and check layout shifts in your integration.

Can I present this as my brand's official size guide?

No. The widget shows independent, sourced conversions and must not be positioned as a shoe brand's official chart. It's a neutral converter you can offer alongside your own content.
